  3. 🌌 Receiving from the Universe Can you trust that what you desire is already on its way—even before it shows up? Mantra: “I trust the process. I am already supported.”

Ritual: Sacred Receiving Practice You’ll need:

  • A cozy blanket or shawl

  • Rose quartz (or any soft, heart-centered crystal)

  • Silence or soft music

Steps:

  1. Wrap yourself up. Hold the crystal at your heart.

  2. Whisper: “I am open to receive.”

  3. Visualize light pouring into you. Let it in without guilt or tension.

  4. Stay for 5–10 minutes. Breathe deeply.

  5. Close with: “Thank you. I am ready.”
